    Technical Analysis is the method to analyse securities and make investment decisions. It studies the supply and demand in a market in an attempt to determine what direction, or trend, will continue in the future. In other words, technical analysis attempts to understand the emotions in the market by studying the market itself, as opposed to its components.

    If you understand the benefits and limitations of technical analysis, it can give you a new set of tools or skills that will enable you to be a better trader or investor. In this course, we introduce students to the subject of technical analysis. Although it is a broad topic, the course content provides with the foundation a student may need to understand more advanced concepts down the road.

    The main focus of this course is to open both the technical as well as the creative windows of the aspiring students. Other than teaching the basic techniques of Photography like, the Principles of Light and the Camera in Detail and Image Processing it also teaches varied advanced techniques behind different types of photography.

    The course also trains students on the traditional art of Outdoor photography. Students are taken outdoors to idyllic locations for outdoor shooting. At the end of the course we also do organize an exhibition with the best works of the students.

    Tea is one of the most refreshing and popular beverages of the world. India being the world's largest producer, exporter and consumer of tea, there is wide scope for careers in this field. Though not a very well known career option, jobs in this area can be interesting. There are a variety of jobs one can specialize in a tea industry. The jobs put together is known as tea management. Tea tasting is one of the highly specialized areas of work. Other areas are that of researchers, plantation managers, tea brokers, consultants etc.

    Work in the Tea industry includes plant work, processing, auctioning, branding, marketing and research. Plantation work involves nurturing tea plants in the plantations which includes preparing the soil, applying the appropriate fertilizers, choosing the right variety best suited for the prevailing conditions and supervising the pinching and plucking of the leaves. Processing work involves the crushing, tearing and curling of the leaves, which takes place in the factories. The tea is then packed and dispatched to auction centers. The various samples of tea from different plantations are tested, blended and branded by the tea tasters in the auction centers.

    Tea brokers who have a background in planting, tasting and know how of market trends, auction the tea and the Marketing personnel market the final product. Although Electronic Noses are now used for ducting the flavor degree, but the tea taster’s verdict is still considered the ultimate test for determining the quality of tea. Keeping all this facts together BIMFS has launched its Tea Management Course.
